Her REIA is a women’s real estate investing network operating under the umbrella of Big Profit Energy Events, and as a condition of participation — whether as a member, volunteer, coach, sponsor, partner, or leadership team member — every individual associated with this network is required to adopt and uphold this Code of Ethics, which is aligned with the National REIA Code of Ethics established by the National REIA Board of Directors.

All Her REIA participants agree to conduct every real estate transaction, referral, and business dealing with honesty, transparency, and full disclosure; to never misrepresent a property’s value, condition, or potential to any buyer, seller, or fellow investor; to never artificially inflate the value of any property above margins of 10% to 20% of fair market trading value; to never fail to disclose to any buyer conditions that would knowingly reduce the value of a property; and to never take advantage of a new investor’s trust by overvaluing estimates, projections, or property conditions — because Her REIA holds that experienced investors carry a responsibility to guide, not exploit, those who are just beginning to build.

Coaches within this network are further bound to provide guidance rooted in verified and accurate knowledge, to never make unsubstantiated guarantees of income or returns, to honor all session commitments including Real Results Lab availability, and to understand that all clients sourced through Her REIA remain clients of Her REIA and may not be solicited into private arrangements outside the platform.

Volunteers agree to represent Her REIA with professionalism and accuracy, to protect member confidentiality, and to never use their position for unauthorized personal gain.

Members agree to treat every fellow member with respect and dignity regardless of experience level, to embrace community over competition in every interaction, to never factually deceive or defraud any Her REIA member, and to never recruit members into outside schemes or unsolicited business opportunities within Her REIA spaces.

Partners and sponsors agree to align with Her REIA’s mission, to disclose all material terms and risks associated with any products or services presented to our community, and to never use their access to recruit members away from the platform.

Any conduct that discredits, misrepresents, or brings into disrepute the business of real estate investing, this network, or its mission is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

Any complaint about a member, coach, volunteer, partner, or staff member must be submitted in writing to Her REIA Leadership at amelia@bpe-events.com with the subject line “Her REIA — Ethics Complaint,” and all complaints will be reviewed confidentially with a determination communicated within 30 days.

By participating in any Her REIA program, platform, or event, every individual confirms their agreement to be bound by this Code in full — because this community was built on trust, and trust is the foundation everything else is built on.
