Before you send money, share financial information, or enter into any agreement with another member, do your due diligence.
Thoroughly vet every opportunity, deal, and service shared in this group. Her REIA and its admins are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or outcomes between members. Protect yourself like the businesswoman you are.
Coaching, Education & Mentorship
No promotion or selling of coaching programs, mentorship services, courses, education products, or similar offerings is permitted in this group.
These services are exclusively reserved for Her REIA, Big Profit Energy Events, and our official partners and sponsors. Posts promoting outside coaching or education programs will be removed without notice.

Business Promotions
We want to see women win — and that includes promoting what you do. Here is how it works in this community:
1. Members may promote their business or services a maximum of one time per week.
2. Posts that directly compete with an official Her REIA or BPE Events sponsor will be removed.
Our sponsors make this community and our events possible and they deserve that protection.
3. Promotions must be genuine and relevant to real estate investing.
Spam, MLM pitches, and off-topic promotions will be removed immediately.
